Eligibility for Returns


We gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Window: Returns must be requested within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Item Condition: Items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and unused

In original packaging, including tags and labels

Free from stains, odors, damage, or alterations

 

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a return or exchange.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Gift cards

Clearance or sale items

Accessories such as hats or jewelry (if applicable)


How to Request a Return

1. Contact Us: Email us at ironthred@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Approval: Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

 

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us within the 14-day return window. Exchanges will be processed once we receive and inspect the original item.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items


If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will gladly offer a replacement or full refund.
